Improvement of the automated control system for processing equipment GFP1 and GFP2 of the Shebelynsky department of gas condensate and oil refining (GCORD) was carried out as part of a comprehensive modernization of the enterprise in order to produce modern fuel that meets the requirements of standards EURO 4 and EURO 5.
In the course of modernization of GFP1 and GFP2 our company has performed the following scope of work:
- Improvement of software for the automated control systems of GFP-1 and GFP-2 using the DeltaV software and hardware complex of the “Emerson” company. The software was upgraded to version 12.3.
- Mounting and commissioning works to expand the existing system of automated process control systems of GFP1 and GFP2 to the hydrotreating unit for diesel fuel.
- Development of software for APCS for diesel fuel hydrotreating unit.
This amount of work was carried out in strict accordance with the approved schedule.
